Cancellation policy

At Camera Club, we strive to offer a transparent and smooth purchase experience. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer
• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
• To request a cancellation, customers must contact us immediately via phone or email with their order details.

2. Cancellation of Pre-Owned / Used Products
• For pre-owned or certified used cameras, lenses, and accessories, cancellation requests are accepted only before dispatch.
• Since used products are reserved, tested, and blocked specifically for a customer, no cancellation is permitted after dispatch.

3. Cancellation of New Products
• New product orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
• Special orders or items arranged on request may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.

4. Order Cancellation by Camera Club
• Camera Club reserves the right to cancel an order in cases such as:
• Non-availability of stock
• Pricing or listing errors
• Payment issues
• Suspected fraudulent transactions
• In such cases, a full refund (if applicable) will be initiated.

5. Refund Timeline
• If a cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
• Refunds typically take 5–7 working days, depending on the payment provider.

6. Important Notes
• Shipping charges (if already incurred) may be non-refundable.
• Cancellation policies may differ for rental bookings, buyback transactions, or special offers, which will be communicated separately.
