Camera Club Rental FAQ
How do I rent equipment from Camera Club?
Simply visit our store or submit an online rental request. First-time customers need to complete a one-time registration and verification process.
What documents are required for rental?
A valid government ID and address proof are required. Additional verification may be requested depending on the equipment being rented.
How early should I book my rental?
We recommend booking at least 96 hours in advance. A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. Depending on the equipment category and rental value, a refundable security deposit may be required.
What are the pickup and return timings?
Equipment can be picked up after 12:00 PM and must be returned by 11:00 AM on the due date unless otherwise agreed.
What happens if equipment is damaged or returned late?
The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or repair costs. Late returns may attract additional rental charges.
Do you provide delivery?
Limited delivery is available within the area for selected bookings. Delivery and pickup charges may apply.
Can I extend my rental period?
Yes. Rental extensions are possible subject to equipment availability. Please contact our team before your return date to request an extension.
