Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Camera Club India reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion in cases such as pricing or listing errors, stock unavailability, payment failure, fraud prevention, or unforeseen issues. In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Return Reasons

1) Defective or Dead on Arrival (DOA)

If the product is received in a non-functional or defective condition, you are eligible for a return, replacement, or refund after inspection.

2) Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive an item different from your confirmed order, you are eligible for a free return or replacement.

3) Change of Mind / Unused Product Returns

If you no longer want the product after delivery, you may return it only if:

  • The product is unused
  • The packaging seal is intact
  • All accessories and original box are included
  • The return request is made within 30 days

(Change-of-mind returns are subject to inspection and approval.)

Return Conditions (Required)

  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Product must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition
  • Item must include all original packaging: box, manuals, accessories, warranty cards
  • Any missing items or transit damage must be reported within 2 business days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

  • Pre-orders or special-order products
  • Products with tampered or opened manufacturer seals
  • Used, damaged, or altered items
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Gift cards or customized products
  • Clearance / sale items (unless defective)

Return Shipping Charges

Free Returns (Camera Club Pays)

We bear the full return shipping cost if the return is due to defective/DOA product or wrong item delivery.

Customer-Paid Returns (Change of Mind)

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.

How to Request a Return

If approved, we will share return instructions, pickup/shipping details, and a return label (if applicable). Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about approval. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days
  • Bank processing times may vary
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

Exchanges

To exchange a product, please return the original item first. Once approved, you may place a fresh order separately.
