Vanguard ESPOD CX 203AP Aluminum-Alloy Tripod Kit with PH-23 Pan-and-Tilt Head

The ESPOD CX 203AP Aluminum-Alloy Tripod Kit from Vanguard is a versatile and durable support system designed to handle up to 7.7 lb. When folded, it measures a compact 22 inches and includes a PH-23 Pan-and-Tilt Head with a QS-29 Quick Release Plate. The tripod features three-section legs, each with an independent spread and flip locks for quick setup. These legs can be adjusted to achieve a minimum height of 47.3 inches and a maximum height of 61.0 inches when the center column is fully extended.

The QS-29 Quick Release Plate, compatible with 1/4″-20 mounts, allows for easy attachment of cameras, lenses, or sport optics to the tripod’s pan-and-tilt head, secured by a quick release cam lock. The head can rotate 360° using its pan bar and tilt backward or forward. Additionally, the cam lock assembly can independently rotate 360°, allowing for seamless transitions between landscape and portrait orientations. By loosening the cam lock assembly’s friction lock, you can hold the attached device in place while rotating the head 90° to the left and tilting it 90° forward, then re-locking the assembly to maintain the desired position.
