Powered by an LR44 battery (included), the lavalier microphone features a convenient switch for toggling the battery on or off. When paired with a smartphone, simply toggle the switch off, as the microphone draws power from the smartphone. Conversely, when used with a camera, toggle the switch on to utilize the microphone's battery power.
